Online Contracts Request Portal
A web-based contract request system that replaced a manual, error-prone document workflow with a guided process that ensures requests are complete before submission.
Employees downloaded a Word document, filled it out manually, emailed it to the appropriate people, and hoped they hadn't forgotten a required field or approval. Missing information was common, requests were frequently returned for corrections, and tracking their status was difficult.
I designed and built an online portal that walks users through the process step by step, validating required information as they go and preventing incomplete submissions.
The system automatically generates standardized documents, routes requests through the appropriate workflow, stores historical records, and provides administrators with visibility into every request from submission through completion.
By replacing an entirely manual process with a guided digital workflow, the portal significantly reduced errors, eliminated repetitive back-and-forth communication, and created a much more consistent experience for everyone involved.
