A centralized email signature management tool that ensures every employee has a consistent, professional, company-branded email signature.
I noticed that nearly everyone in the company had a slightly different email signature. Different fonts, spacing, logos, colors, and formatting created an inconsistent brand image and made the organization appear less polished.
Rather than relying on templates that employees would inevitably modify, I built an internal signature generator.
Employees simply enter their contact information, and the application generates a standardized email signature that follows company branding guidelines. Every signature is formatted consistently, reducing support requests while improving the company's professional appearance.
It was a relatively small project, but one that demonstrates how even simple internal tools can improve consistency across an organization.
